There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Audio Tour Downloads allow you to download a digital audio tour to your mp3 player so that you can navigate the city with ease and appear as if you are a N'Awlins local. Go sightseeing at your own speed and on your time. Stop for lunch or shopping whenever you like and continue the tour by turning your mp3 player back on and picking up where you left off.

The Audio Tour Download is recorded in segments that are easy to locate on your mp3 player, and each guide comes with a route diagram that you can download and print.

What hardware and software do I need?
You will need a device capable of playing mp3 files. You will need a means of unzipping your downloaded file, which is included with newer versions of Windows. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader or similar to read and print the instructions and route diagram, which are formatted in .PDF files.

How do I get my guide?
Once your payment has been authorized, you will be presented with a link on your E-ticket that provides you with the website address to access to download your files. The link will remain active for 72 hours after you make your purchase.

What size (in MB) will the files be?
Each individual guide will contain segments. The total space required on your mp3 player for guide will be up to 25MB.

NOTE: Downloads are not available on January 1, Easter, Thanksgiving, December 24, December 25 and December 31.
