This tour does not operate on Mardi Gras Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.

Your guided tour will reveal the fascinating stories of the home and its history. Perhaps the most photographed plantation ever, Oak Alley has been the setting for such motion pictures as Interview with a Vampire, Primary Colors and the wedding of Bo and Hope from the daytime soap opera, Days of Our Lives.

Please Note

  • Walking the grounds is an integral part of this experience.
  • Due to the historic nature of the plantation, access to the second floor (the main living quarters) is by stairs only.
  • No video is allowed inside the plantation home.
  • Food is available for purchase at the Cafe & Ice Cream Parlor (not included in tour price).

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change policy

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.
